About the Team:
Our team works with pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer health companies, government agencies, medical societies, and advocacy organizations. We have a strong presence in various therapeutic areas, including CNS, dermatology, gastro-enterology, haemophilia, immunology, liver disease, oncology, ophthalmology, rare diseases, respiratory, and urology.
About the Job:
The Associate Scientific Director will be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional work and ensuring that all deliverables meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, a broad understanding of clinical medicine, and extensive experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Editorial Proficiency: Provide expert editorial guidance, including strategic insights on written material across the team and to senior management.
- Scientific Leadership: Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and improve clarity of project outcomes.
- Strategic and Scientific Leadership: Trusted scientific partner and client counsel on the accounts under your remit, gaining the respect and trust of the clients.
- Leadership and Team Responsibilities: Mentor/line-manage team members within the company and help develop their writing ability and editorial experience through coaching and experience building.
- New Business Responsibilities: Strong experience of leading the scientific understanding and story for new business proposals.
