We are seeking a highly experienced ecologist to lead our projects team and drive the growth of our ecological project work. As Ecology Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of ecologists and ensuring the successful delivery of a wide range of environmental projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical expertise to the organisation and stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to secure agreements for ecological project work
- Managing project budgets and ensuring timely delivery
- Leading a team of ecologists to deliver a broad and varied programme of projects
The successful candidate will have a strong background in ecology and experience of managing projects and teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
