About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our Professional Negligence Team as a key member of our growing law firm. As a Solicitor in this role, you will be working on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Lawyers who are experts in their field, handling a variety of cases including Construction, Brokers, Solicitors, and Accountants. You will have exposure to high-value claims and the opportunity to progress to managing your own case load.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with Partners on high-value claims
  • Handling a varied caseload of professional negligence cases
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Managing and prioritizing cases to meet deadlines and targets
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in professional negligence
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Professional and effective communication skills
