Position Overview

Role Summary:

This role is focused on the continuous improvement of the Exposure Management framework for non-natural catastrophe (NNC) risks within a leading London market Insurer and Re-insurer. You will collaborate with the Non-Natural portfolio analytics team to enhance the Exposure Management framework and contribute significantly to the creation of innovative methodologies, systems, and automations for tracking exposure data.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the development and refinement of methodologies, systems, and automation processes for the collection and oversight of NNC exposure data.
  • Generate exposure and scenario-based analytics, and produce Power-BI driven management information (MI) for NNC risk.
  • Establish underwriting risk tolerances for NNC risk within the comprehensive Risk Tolerance Framework.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and advancements in NNC exposure management, sharing valuable insights with the team.
  • Support regular internal and external reporting obligations and assist with event response analysis as required.

Candidate Profile:

We are interested in connecting with Exposure Analysts who possess 4-8 years of experience specializing in Non-Natural Catastrophe Risk and are eager to assume a leadership role within a newly established function.
