Panoramic Associates are currently partnered with a reputable Care Provider seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager to run and help set up one of their brand new homes for young people with Emotional Behavioral difficulties.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge and to join a growing, reputable Care provider in their mission to expand their Children's services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care and support to young people.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current Ofsted regulations.
- Collaborate with the Care Provider's management team to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Requirements:
- Strong background as a Registered manager.
- Experience setting up Children's Homes (desired).
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of current Ofsted regulations.
