Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly capable leader and passionate team player to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability, while delivering an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support and coach the in-store team to achieve sales targets and provide exemplary customer service
- Manage retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, and team rotas
- Run the store in the absence of the store manager and make key decisions to drive sales and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Train and develop the store team to become Pandora product experts
