About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our newest venue, a cutting-edge hospitality business in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate businesses and large groups to the venue.
  • Manage and deploy a sales team to ensure all enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain contact with previous customers, sharing new offers and inviting them back for further events.
  • Proactively maintain all digital listings and suggest additional listings opportunities as appropriate.
  • Ensure the onsite team is fully up to speed with current offers and events.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle.
  • Practical event management experience.
  • Event hosting experience is beneficial.
  • Proven track record of achieving team and personal targets.
  • Strong account management experience.
  • Knowledge of how to maintain and maximise the use of CRM software.
