About the Role:
The Channel & Marketing Strategy Executive will collaborate closely with the Channel & Marketing Strategy Lead to formulate, develop, and implement effective marketing and channel strategies aimed at achieving key business objectives, including maximizing audience engagement and revenue on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering market, channel, competitive, and audience insights to inform strategic business decisions.
- Contribute to the formulation of comprehensive market strategies aligned with CAVU's long-term and short-term business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize target market segments, crafting tailored strategies to effectively engage specific customer demographics.
- Continuously monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Assess the performance of existing marketing channels and determine the most effective mix to drive growth based on target audiences and business goals.
- Collaborate with analysts to gather insights on competitor marketing activities and market positioning to inform strategic decisions.
- Work alongside analysts to understand consumer behavior and preferences to guide marketing and channel strategies.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new clients and markets, coordinating efforts across marketing, e-commerce, and business development teams.
- Partner with the Channel & Marketing Strategy Lead and Business Development to devise optimal channel strategies by market to enhance audience reach and maximize revenue.
- Assist in defining long-term goals, KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics for marketing and channel initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity in presentation.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, capable of collaborating on projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in sourcing and interpreting market, customer, competitive, and channel insights to drive strategic planning.
- Curiosity and the ability to balance detailed performance evaluation with a broader perspective across channels and markets.
- Ability to define, implement, and optimize channel strategies across various territories in alignment with business objectives.
- Understanding of short-term versus long-term strategies and various measurement methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial awareness and adaptability to evolving market trends.
- Familiarity with emerging innovations, new channels, technologies, and creative strategies.
