Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating advanced CNC lathes with 5-axis capabilities.
  • Involves selecting appropriate tooling, programming, and securing workpieces in place while establishing datum points for calibration.
  • Monitoring the machining process to ensure operational efficiency and quality.
  • Conducting dimensional inspections to verify adherence to specifications.
  • Performing de-burring operations on finished parts.
  • Completing necessary process control documentation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with 5-axis CNC turning machinery.
  • Background in low-volume, high-precision manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with quality inspection processes or standards.
