We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our successful health employment team at Interlink Talent Solutions.

About the Role:

  • Provide legal advice to a broad range of healthcare clients across the NHS, primary care, and private health sectors.
  • Handle all aspects of employment law, including drafting employment documents, advising on maternity/paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, and employment tribunal claims.
  • Support clients such as NHS England, NHS Trusts, GP practices, private hospital groups, and other healthcare service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on employment law matters, including contract reviews, disciplinary procedures, and employment tribunal claims.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and its application in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
