Quantity Surveyor Opportunity in East Midlands

We are partnering with an award-winning Civil Engineering Company to find a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the East Midlands. Our client specializes in delivering top-quality infrastructure developments, including bridges and public realm works.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate with engineers, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of each project. Your responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting cost analysis, and providing financial advice to the project team. You will also prepare and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets
  • Conduct cost analysis and provide financial advice
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors

Requirements:

  • HND qualification in Civil Engineering or Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Previous QS experience within Civils Engineering
  • NEC3/4 Option B & C knowledge
  • Experience with measurements
  • Small labour force
