About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the efficient collection of debts and maintaining a positive cash flow. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day credit control processes, resolving sales ledger queries, and managing daily allocations and postings.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform credit checks using Experian and recommend customer credit limits.
- Set up customer accounts and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
- Produce and check monthly statements, and generate weekly Aged Debtor reports for sales account managers.
- Resolve sales ledger queries and manage daily allocation and posting of customer payments.
To excel in this role, you should have strong experience in credit control within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers and internal teams regularly. Familiarity with Microsoft systems and credit checking tools like Experian will also be advantageous.
