Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Consultant to join our team at KennedyPearce Consulting. As a Business Continuity Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients develop and implement effective business continuity strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business continuity strategies to ensure minimal disruption to business operations in the event of a disaster or crisis
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential disruptions
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement business continuity plans
- Provide training and awareness programs to ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in business continuity
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business continuity
Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in business continuity, resilience, and project management within a similar retail, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with reporting, analyzing, and implementing policies and creating new frameworks within business continuity
- Hands-on experience liaising, communicating, and influencing senior stakeholders across the business, and leading on projects ensuring deadlines are met
- Professional certifications such as CBCI or MBCI
What We Offer:
