Support Worker - Bank/Relief

At Avon Support Ltd, we are seeking a compassionate and patient Support Worker to join our team at our Community Hub. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily activities, personal care, and social interaction, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
  • Facilitate engaging activities and encourage participation, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless support.
