Car Sales Executive Opportunity

Our client, a reputable main dealer, is seeking a skilled Car Sales Executive to join their team in the Crawley area. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and additional services to customers, maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sell vehicles and additional services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, product knowledge, and after-sales support.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Motor trade experience is preferred, but not essential. A strong sales background and ability to learn quickly are key.
  2. Main Dealer history is beneficial, but not required.
  3. A trainee with a strong sales background may be considered.
Benefits:
  1. Basic salary of £24,000, with an OTE of £50-£55,000.
  2. Company car and preferential car schemes.
  3. Excellent leads, footfall, and earning potential.
