About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Secondary School Psychology SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in North London. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to thrive academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, working closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring all students can access the curriculum.
  • Work with our educational psychologist to develop and implement tailored interventions.
  • Support students' social and emotional development through structured activities and guidance.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices in SEN support.
