Job Overview

Encirc is seeking a highly skilled Production Line Engineer to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bristol. As a key member of our multi-disciplined team, you will be responsible for operating a high-performing production line with full ownership and accountability for product quality and line performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous performance improvements through challenge and innovation
  • Participate in lean culture and operational philosophy
  • Ensure all aspects of maintenance activities and machine improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 (UK) in Engineering (essential)
  • Multi-skilled engineer with electrical bias (70/30)
  • Experience working in a high-speed production food/manufacturing environment (advantageous)
