About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Gymnastics Coach to join our team in Belfast. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics lessons and courses to children and adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-class customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Teach gymnastics at various levels, including men's and women's artistic, rhythmic, trampoline, and acrobatic disciplines.
  • Plan and lead lessons, ensuring they are engaging, progressive, and meet the needs of participants.
  • Assess and record participant progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement gymnastics programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Level 1, 2, or 3 coaching qualification in gymnastics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Passion for gymnastics and a commitment to delivering high-quality coaching.
