Sales Enablement Role

As a Sales Enablement Manager at The City Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance by designing and delivering impactful training programs. Your primary objective will be to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Quality & Compliance Assessor to develop and deliver induction training for new team members, ensuring they meet targets and acquire the necessary skills and motivation.

• Develop and deliver an ongoing training schedule to build a world-class sales function, focusing on all aspects of the sales role.

• Identify individual training needs and communicate effectively with the Sales Manager and Head of Sales to boost performance and productivity.

• Provide ongoing CRM training (Salesforce) to optimize sales processes and stay updated on developments, implementing changes across the department.

• Regularly update training materials in collaboration with the Sales Manager to align with business needs, ensuring all training is of a high professional standard.

• Partner with the Sales Manager, Head of Sales, and Quality & Compliance Assessor for ongoing team development, reviewing the effectiveness of sales training programs against business goals and making recommendations for improvement.

• Monitor course evaluations and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance training outcomes, maintaining up-to-date training records and reviewing them monthly with the Sales Manager and Head of Sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and delivering high-impact sales training programs within a telephone-based B2B environment.

• Excellent rapport-building skills and ability to prepare training materials and demonstrate deep knowledge of the sales process.

• Experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being essential.

• Flexible approach to work and ability to work in a high-energy sales environment.
