About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding guest care and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process guest orders through the POS system and deliver orders to the kitchen.
  • Assist guests in choosing meals and drinks and provide additional up-sell information.
  • Ensure that all orders are fully complete and ready to be received by the guest.
  • Work to Brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other team members.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and smart appearance.
  • Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
  • Exhibits a cheerful and helpful attitude, and always provides excellent guest care.
  • Adapts to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency.
  • Can demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu and Allergens.
  • Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with GDK standards.
  • Maintain the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and front counter.
