Fawkes and Reece are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance standards are upheld on construction sites. Key responsibilities include coordinating and organizing all compliance for the site, taking photographs of work to be completed and in progress, checking relevant paperwork, and signing people in and out of the setting. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, confident, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, they must be fully conversant with all Microsoft packages. This is a site-based position, and the successful candidate will be working with a leading contractor who specializes in decarbonisation and retrofit of tenanted Social Housing properties across the UK. The role involves general administration to support the compliance function.
