Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the Chef Manager to plan and implement menus, ensuring variety and nutritional balance.
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their dietary needs and preferences.
- Level 2 food safety certificate.
- Health and safety procedures, including COSHH.
- Previous catering experience, with knowledge of basic food safety and safe use of knives and kitchen equipment.
- Experience working with older people, with a focus on providing person-centered care.
