Payroll and Compliance Administrator

Fletcher George Financial Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing client payroll and supporting compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client payroll for around 60 clients using Sage Payroll, handling both monthly and annual payrolls.
  • Monitor compliance deadlines through internal CRM systems and communicate with the team.
  • Assist with HMRC filings for personal and corporate tax returns.
  • Conduct anti-money laundering checks.
  • Manage the WIP system, produce billing analysis, raise invoices, and follow up on payments.
  • Handle general office administration, including scanning and distributing post.
Requirements:
  • Experience in payroll management for multiple clients.
  • Familiarity with compliance management in an accounting or legal context.
