Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy and Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to promote our luxury beauty brand and drive brand awareness across multiple platforms.
  • Influencer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier influencers in the luxury beauty industry, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including calendar creation, copywriting, and image shooting.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and provide in-depth, quantitative and qualitative written reports to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a 360-degree approach to launches and brand activations.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience working in a social and influencer role, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luxury beauty industry, including current trends and social media platforms.
  • Skills: Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and foster relationships at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and experience working with analytical tools such as Tribe Dynamics, Tagger, and Creator IQ.
