Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Corporate Mobility Orders: You will be responsible for managing corporate mobility orders, including processing requests, tracking orders, and resolving issues.
- Provide Exceptional Support: You will provide exceptional support to our clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training and guidance.
- Collaborate with Tech Operations: You will work closely with our Tech Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Communicate with Vendors: You will communicate with vendors to obtain the latest lead times and update purchase orders with new dates and information about delays.
- Analyze and Resolve Issues: You will analyze and resolve issues promptly and make necessary changes if problems persist.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
