Job Title: Reliability Engineer

As a key member of the Engineering Team at Pilgrims Europe, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment in manufacturing environments. This involves a balance of hands-on maintenance skills, equipment knowledge, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on asset reliability to improve overall site efficiency and performance.
  • Undertake planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance throughout the site.
  • Identify and implement improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis activities and drive engineering-led improvements on site.
  • Use condition-based monitoring information to optimize asset performance and maintain equipment to its optimal levels.
  • Support and develop Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) activities and techniques on site.
  • Act as a deputy to the Engineering Team Leader and mentor junior engineers and apprentices.
  • Execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities to agreed standards, ensuring safe working practices.
  • Ensure all site assets are maintained to a high standard and meet site requirements.
