Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team based in Wrexham. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all health and safety aspects across a range of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to site teams on all health and safety matters.
  • Deliver training and toolbox talks to site staff and subcontractors.
  • Maintain and update health and safety management systems and documentation.
  • Liaise with site management and project teams to ensure health and safety is integrated into all project planning and operations.
  • Report on health and safety performance to senior management and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation and best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
