We're seeking a skilled Reporting & Pricing Analyst to join our team in Manchester, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic pricing.

The Opportunity

As our Reporting & Pricing Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing and reporting on effective pricing strategies that drive profitability. You'll work closely with our MI team to set up data dashboards that inform business decisions and collaborate with our Head of Technical Underwriting to draft strategic pricing plans.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring our capacity providers and team are always informed
  • Collaborate with the MI team to establish data-driven dashboards that drive strategic goals and priorities
  • Create reports that tell a story with metrics and project status, objectives, and barriers
  • Use data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our pricing
  • Develop and deliver high-quality recommendations that drive business development focus
  • Work with the Head of Technical Underwriting to draft strategic pricing plans
Your Ideal Profile

We're looking for someone with insurance industry experience, a proven track record of delivering results, and strong analytical skills. You should be able to interpret complex data sets, communicate effectively, and possess a strategic mindset.
