Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets regulatory requirements
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure the nursery is adequately staffed at all times
  • Deputise for the Nursery Manager in their absence
  • Contribute to the development of the nursery's curriculum and educational programs

Requirements

  • Level 3 or above Early Years Education qualification
  • Experience in a managerial role, preferably in a nursery setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
