We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at The Arks Nursery School in Stamford. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest possible standards of childcare and early years education are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education to children
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets regulatory requirements
- Manage staff rotas and ensure the nursery is adequately staffed at all times
- Deputise for the Nursery Manager in their absence
- Contribute to the development of the nursery's curriculum and educational programs
Requirements
- Level 3 or above Early Years Education qualification
- Experience in a managerial role, preferably in a nursery setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
