Lead Biostatistician

Salary: Lead Biostatistician: £47–£53k (based on experience) / Senior Biostatistician: £54-£61k (based on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Role Overview
This is an exceptional chance to join a team that has been at the forefront of clinical audit and has played a significant role in national reporting on intensive care during recent health crises. The Statistics team is engaged in designing innovative clinical trials that aim to provide meaningful insights into clinical practices, utilizing advanced Bayesian methodologies in adaptive and platform trial frameworks. The organization seeks a Lead or Senior Biostatistician to offer statistical guidance in trial design and analysis, supporting their extensive research initiatives through a registered Clinical Trials Unit and providing statistical assistance for their National Audit Programme, which encompasses several national clinical audits. They are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in Bayesian clinical trial design and the development of interactive data visualization tools.
