About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated insurance professional to develop their career as an Account Handler in the Private Client sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients, identifying the best insurance solutions for them.
  • Contribute to new business growth by proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities and maximising revenue.
  • Enable seamless and timely renewal experiences for clients, preparing renewal schedules and negotiating alternative quotes.
  • Efficiently manage all required documentation and credit control, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Skilfully handle new business queries and quotations, assisting Account Executives and providing efficient claims handling support.

Requirements
  • A proven track record working within broking, underwriting, claims, or insurance administration.
  • Experience working with household products, including high-net-worth individuals, is desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of a wide range of insurance products and companies, as well as FCA requirements within a broking role.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to establish and nurture solid and positive relationships with clients, insurers/underwriters, and colleagues.
What We Offer

Hybrid flex working will be negotiable on successful completion of your 6-month probationary period. You will be required to be office-based for only three days per week, with the option to define your own weekday working hours.
