About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Underwriter to join our team at Kalepa Insurance Services, LLC. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will play a critical role in delivering our strategic objectives and building strong relationships with our broker partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the local underwriting and sales functions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage complex risk and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker partners and internal stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Established experience in casualty underwriting with a proven track record of delivery for customers of all sizes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex risk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the insurance industry and market trends.
