Job Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager or an experienced Kitchen Team Leader who is ready to take their next step. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and develop your team to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure high standards of food knowledge and skill across the kitchen
  • Maintain up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal knowledge
  • Develop and implement new ideas to propel the brigade forward
