Job Title: Band 5 Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Cheshire and Wirral. As a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in inpatient hospital settings.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work with Randstad Care, a leading provider of nursing and care services. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing care to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in inpatient hospital settings
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the NHS
  • Mental Health Nursing degree
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Right to work in the UK
