Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years MOT Testing experience and preferably experience in testing Taxi vehicles, including 6 monthly and annual Inspections as well as accident damaged vehicle Inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the MOT Inspections of our light fleet of vehicles as well as carrying out Taxi MOT and 6 monthly and annual Inspections, with some additional accident damage Taxi and Fleet vehicles when required.
  • Maintain and manage the MOT Diary daily to meet all the booked appointments as necessary and to report any customers or vehicles to management immediately that have not turned up for their appointment or have any major concerns or are refused from testing.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a fleet workshop.
  • Experienced DVSA nominated tester class 4 (5&7 is highly desirable but not essential).
  • Taxi Testing Inc 6 monthly & Annual Inspections + Accident damage Inspections desirable.
  • Managing an MOT daily Diary Calendar so that every booked appointment is completed & confirmed.
