Job Title: Associate Director of Town Planning

About Us: The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited is working with a leading planning consultancy in London to find an experienced Town Planning Associate Director to join their team.

Role Overview: As the Associate Director of Town Planning, you will play a key role in leading and managing town planning projects, providing strategic guidance to clients, and contributing to the growth and success of the consultancy.

  1. Lead and oversee town planning projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  3. Stay up-to-date with legislative changes, industry trends, and best practices in town planning.
  4. Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  5. Contribute to business development efforts, including client engagement, proposal development, and networking activities.

Requirements:

  1. Significant experience in town planning, with a proven track record in a consultancy environment.
  2. In-depth knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
  3. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
