Role Responsibilities

As a Utilities Cost Estimator, you will:

  • Engage directly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, including Engineering, Fabrication production, and sales, to accurately estimate project costs that align with customer specifications.
  • Participate in project launch meetings post-contract award, providing a comprehensive breakdown of the successful bid, identifying technical risks and opportunities, and assisting the Project Manager with initial project queries.
  • Utilize IT skills, particularly a strong command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience in the Utilities Sector, specifically within the Water Treatment industry.
  • A Level 5 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is preferred but can be substituted with relevant site experience and a solid understanding of the associated products and processes.
