The successful candidate will have the capacity to be creative and the support of a 50-person strong digital, marketing & design team to own the IC strategy & brand story.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on the development and execution of our internal communications strategy.
  • Cultivate an organizational culture where two-way internal communication is at the core of our success, and every team member is engaged in enhancing communication.
  • Advocate the critical role of internal communication in our business and ensure consistent brand usage.
  • Continuously assess the performance of our internal communications.
  • Create and manage compelling, consistent, and engaging content for various communication channels.
  • Implement, develop, and oversee internal communication activities and initiatives.
  • Manage and moderate engagement on our internal HR platform.
  • Drive a unified and authentic voice in all internal communications to reinforce our brand identity.

The role benefits from home working once a week and works closely with the Owner, the CMO & the Head of Brand.
