This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent secretarial support skills to provide administrative assistance to our Planning team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Transcribing and proofreading correspondence, including letters and emails
  • Audio typing and managing files
  • Typing documents and tracking amendments
  • Scanning, paginating, and photocopying documents
  • Opening files, conducting ID checks, and preparing client care letters
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent team player with a strong commitment to learning
  • Great typing skills
  • Prior secretarial experience within a law firm is advantageous
