About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Oliver Bonas in Brighton. As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging customer experience and driving sales through effective visual merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the shopfloor space is utilized to its full potential, working closely with store management to create an exciting customer journey and floorplan that showcases OB product within season and is regularly refreshed.
  • Collaborate with store management to drive sales through weekly floor walks, commercial analysis, and effective time management, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
  • Plan and execute visual actions, including remerchandising new product, mannequin styling, and window displays, as well as floor moves, to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide feedback to Store Manager and Area Visual Merchandiser, communicating clearly and effectively through weekly calls, handovers, and floor walks.
  • Identify VM coaching needs of the team, guiding them on standards, resources, stock management, and developing their VM skills through regular training sessions and on-the-spot feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to OB operational procedures and promote a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Support other stores with visual merchandising actions and participate in new store opening setups as required.
