Contek Recruitment Solutions Ltd is currently working with a company based in Wolverhampton to recruit Domestic Electricians for various positions in the Birmingham and surrounding region.

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced electricians to carry out domestic electrical installations, including work in kitchens and bathrooms. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in inspection and testing, as well as a strong understanding of current H & S legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out domestic electrical installations, including work in kitchens and bathrooms
  • Inspect and test electrical installations to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds 18th edition wiring regulations (or equivalent)
  • City & Guilds 236 part 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
  • City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent)
  • Computer literate and competent in the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledgeable of current H & S legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Supervisor experience
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Strong team player with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Full driving license
