Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 neg + Discretionary Bonus

Job Overview: As a Hire Desk Team Leader - Formwork/Falsework, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the hire and sale of groundworks, reinforcements, concrete accessories, waterproofing, and formwork and falsework.
- Selling to main contractors, builders merchants, end users, and the trade.
- Leading a customer service/hire desk team with 6 direct reports.
- Coaching and developing team members to improve task scope and customer service.
- Producing regular management reports to meet business objectives.
- Being the first point of contact for customers entering the hire and sales department.
- Processing orders and monitoring projects from initial order to return.
- Entering information accurately and promptly into data systems and CRMs.
- Dealing with projects ranging from small hire sales to large bespoke projects.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in the hire and sales industry.
- 3+ years' experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience in the construction industry, ideally temporary works.
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Tenacity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
