About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at C&E Recruitment. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating innovative and delicious dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and creative flair
• Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve high standards of quality and service
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our culinary offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant or similar establishment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of seasonal ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
