Job Opportunity at Trimex

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our composite assembly manufacturing team at Trimex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality composite parts and assemblies for our Formula One car build.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Produce parts in full compliance with engineering drawings
  2. Ensure all parts conform to specific instruction sheets
  3. Inspect completed components
  4. Trim and assemble carbon fiber components
  5. Handle the initial assembly of new car parts
  6. Service items from races and tests
  7. Prepare parts for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection
  8. Participate in continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

  1. Ability to read engineering drawings and an engineering skills background
  2. Strong practical skills
  3. Experience with trimming and assembling carbon fiber is essential
  4. Problem-solving abilities
  5. Ability to work under pressure
  6. Basic PC literacy
