About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Estates Team as a Visitor Assistant. This role will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional experiences for our internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and professional welcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for events and functions, including booking and event planning
  • Ensure that all visitors and guests receive excellent service before, during, and after their event
  • Work closely with our team of reception volunteers and liaise with colleagues across the charity to deliver high-quality events
  • Perform diary management and other administrative tasks as required
