Job Title: Primary Teacher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Primary Teacher to join our team at Cambian Wisbech School. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students aged 7-17 years. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the department and school are successful in achieving its aims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons to students across Key Stage 2.
- Manage classes effectively, using approaches that motivate students and manage anxiety.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience of teaching in a SEMH/SEN specialist provision or mainstream setting.
- Ability to deliver lessons across Key Stage 2.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making learning effective and enjoyable.
