The ideal candidate will be a people person, with excellent communication skills and a warm and welcoming demeanor. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and at ease in our restaurants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a warm welcome to our guests and making them feel at home
  • Serving customers efficiently at the till, understanding and meeting their needs
  • Serving amazing food to Nando's high standards, making our guests feel fired up and wowed by the experience
  • Bringing amazing food and drink to the table and ensuring our customers have everything they need
  • Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures
