OCEAN IMPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Overview:

As a key member of the Kingsgate Recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Ocean Import Department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange shipments and deliveries with hauliers to meet customer needs
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for key accounts to drive business growth
  • Conduct delivery checks to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Process invoices and pass them to the account department for payment

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
