Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Program Development: Develop and implement compliance programs and policies that meet regulatory requirements and support the organization's business objectives.
  • Compliance Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across the organization.
  • Compliance Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure that employees understand their compliance responsibilities and obligations.
  • Compliance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor compliance programs and report on their effectiveness to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Compliance Governance: Provide governance oversight of compliance programs and ensure that they are aligned with the organization's overall risk management strategy.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, law, or finance.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
