Role Summary:
As a Production Trainee, you will collaborate closely with your Team Leader to support the assembly of our products and electronic components. No prior experience is necessary; we value a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn. This position serves as a foundation for your career, with numerous opportunities for advancement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly of cables, harnesses, and various TT Electronics products under the guidance of your Team Leader.
- Verify product schematics and parts lists for accuracy.
- Maintain precise records of your assembly tasks in our internal systems and on paper.
- Ensure your workspace remains organized and that assembly components are handled with care.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting team members as needed.
- Enhance your skills through online and classroom training, working towards the internationally recognized IPC620 certification.
- Complete mandatory safety training and contribute to a safe working environment for all team members.
